Financing Programs
To make paying for great dental health care easier, we offer a variety of payment programs:
Dental Financing through Care Credit
We offer Care Credit, a healthcare credit card that can be used to cover your deductible or pay for dental treatments that are not covered by insurance. This card is endorsed by the American Dental Association (ADA).
Split Payments
For more expensive procedures and treatments that can take several visits, we can allow patients to split the payments without interest charges. We generally require a portion of the payment at the time of the first service, with arrangements for subsequent payments made with our office manager in advance.
Dental Insurance
Advanced Family Dentistry accepts a wide variety of insurance coverages that can help cover the cost of dental procedures. Check our list of insurance carriers to see if yours is listed.
NEW: Our In-Office Dental Plan
Enroll in our in-office dental plan and begin saving immediately. This is not insurance, it is a membership plan that provides your basic dental care for one low yearly membership fee, and discounts on dental procedures beyond. See our web page for more details.
AFD Payment Discounts
So that we can make the best oral health care available to families in the Northern Virginia and DC Metropolitan region, we offer several payment discount programs in addition to our dental financing:
Senior Discount
We love our older patients and offer seniors age 65 and up 15% off most services. Let us know if you qualify!
Military Discount
To support our military, AFD offers 20% off most services for active and retired service members. Let us know if you qualify!
Cash Discount
Don’t have or don’t want to use insurance? If you pay in cash, you can take a 5% discount.
